WWI Blog

Our country has a great decision that they need to make that has been pondering us for a while now. This great decision is the fact of whether or not we should prepare to fight alongside the British and create a great alliance with them.  Europe is in the midst of war and many incessant people are losing their lives to the Germans while they are trying to take over the world. I believe it is our country’s dedicated duty to prepare to go to war and defeat the Germans where they stand.

The word around the globe has it that this conflict all started when Franz Ferdinand the Archduke of Austria-Hungary was assassinated by Gavrilo Princep who is a Serbian man. With this said if men are willing and able to assassinate one man of this great of power, why would they just stop there? Who says these men won’t move on to bigger and greater targets that will put even more innocent lives at stake. I with such a great possibility at stake, why don’t we grab our soldiers at arms raise our flag high and charge into battle. Stand up for our allies and help them fight for victory and for the protection of their people.

Americans need to know that we as a country can’t just stay in the darkness and hide in the shadows from anything that comes our way. We as Americans owe it to ourselves to fight for the cause of victory such as our four fathers before us. We need to put our name out there as a country so that European countries and Asian countries know that America is not a country of fear but a country of greatness.

Government set up a Fake Facebook Page in This Woman’s Name

On July, 28 2010 the government allowed an agent to set up a fake Facebook account using a woman’s seized cell phone and uploaded pictures of her and her niece. Some of the pictures uploaded were racy pictures that she would not of uploaded, but the agent did all of this without the woman even knowing about the whole fake account setup.  These pictures caused her to look skimpy dew to the fact she had short shorts on and a tank top and had her legs spread. When a friend had asked her about the pictures she was uploading she simply said that she had not even created a Facebook account before. I do not agree with what the government did to this lady because of the fact anybody that has an account and has her as a friend can see these private pictures that she probably didn’t want spread all over the internet. I don’t think the government should have such rights to make a fake account using a real persons information and private pictures and be able to get away with such treason just because they work for the government and can say it was for a government project is just ridiculous. Veterans Blog

What do you believe when it comes to murder charges during war? I believe that all murder charges should be dropped when it comes to war. In fact I believe that there shouldn’t even be any murder charges. I think if an American soldier has to make a rash decision that could affect the safety of other American lives or soldiers he should go with his gut.in foreign countries you never know who can be working for the enemy even if they look to be a civilian, if they are doing something that looks suspicious or doesn’t look like any other civilian would do I think that gives the right for American soldiers to open fire and have no murder charges on put on their heads. After all it is war so Soldiers should do any means necessary to help bring a victory to the United State of America.

"Citizenship is a duty, not a privilege." This is a saying that a veteran used to help people understand what a soldier really stands for every time he goes over seas. I think this saying says a lot citizenship is a duty by all means because if you live in a country and you do nothing to help support you country then God help you. Every American should help support his country and be a good citizen to his country whether that means being in the army helping veterans or doing something that will help benefit your country in some way. This takes me back to the first question as well because if citizenship is a duty and not a privilege then by all means it is your duty as an American citizen fighting in a foreign to pull the trigger on that questionable situation. With that said, the American government should not prosecute their own countrymen for doing their duty and starting a fire fight on an enemy group to help secure the safety of the American public.

Bacha bazi

Bacha bazi is an Afghan word that means boy play where full grown men will sexually abuse young boys. Men will beat these children or even kill them if they do not please the man in whatever way he wants. American soldiers have to put up with the abuse these kids go through because Afghans that are being trained to be soldiers to protect their country bring young boys onto American bases into rooms right next to Americans rooms.
I believe that bacha bazi is just sickening. I would not hesitate one bit to beat the living crap out of an Afghan soldier that was sexually abusing a boy on an American base.  I think that the United States army needs to figure out a better policy than just turning your head and letting it happen. If soldiers are being trained by American forces and are living on American bases, they should have to apply American laws to their everyday lives even if they are not American citizens. I think America needs to enforce better military laws if they want to be able to help the people of a foreign country instead of letting people think their country hasn’t made any progress from the past to the future.
